About the Wine

An excellent Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé with its own style and signature. Produced in a limited series of 1380 bottles.

Dry, light peach color with a delicate, elegant nose dominated by floral notes which evolve towards nettle and quince blossom after a few swirls of the glass. The palate offers a fresh and lively attack followed by aromas of expressive notes of sweet strawberry and melon against a background of pleasant minerality. Fine oak character surrounds it without entering the center of the wine, which is focused on fresh cream flavors based lemon curd, and apple butter. The palate is soft, well-structured, and refined, resulting from a subtle balance of finesse and mineral tension.
