This Merlot comes from 54-old vine. At 50 years, the vine achieves a remarkable equilibrium and ideal phenolic balance. Opaque, highly concentrated color. Lush, dense body with a long aftertaste. Admirable nose with rich aromas of black berries, ground black pepper, tomato leaves, spices and more. Maturation in steel vessels, 6000 bottles.
The wine is the truest expression of legacy, preservation, and sustainability.

Winemaker notes
The wine is made following a classic technology from hand-picked grapes of 54-year-old plantations. The vineyards are cultivated on stony, sandy, red-brownish clay soil with marble pieces in the ecologically clean, sunny southern slopes of Sakar mountain. An interesting wine with a sense of terroir and serious aging potential.
