About the Wine

Opaque dark ruby colour. Complex spicy nose with hints of lily of the valley, leather and porcini. The taste is salty, with aromas of coffee and dark chocolate. With a good tannic structure, predisposing to ageing potential. A wine with depth and reserved freshness – noble and elegant. Balanced and with very good length.

Medium to full-bodied red wine known for its deep color, rich fruit flavors, and distinctive spicy and smoky character. This Bulgarian grape variety is often structured and aromatic.

Wild fermented & aged for 3 years in 7 barrels of different size and oak origin, with subsequent 2 years in bottle before release, 3100 bottles.
