The Gamza is one of those wines that absolutely fuse your senses in an overpowering way in one. Pale with an attractive garnet colour, this wine has notes of strawberries, raspberries and attractive warm spice. On the light-bodied pallet there is good fresh acidity and barely perceptible tannins to go with the red berry fruit.
Bononia Estate Gamza
Gamza is the Bulgarian name for ‘Kadarka’ – a thin skinned difficult to grow grape that when carefully handled is capable of producing pale coloured chillable crunchy red wines…just like this one!
