Bulgarian Cheese Dip
I like this dip with raw carrots and cucumbers, cut into sticks, or with radishes to dip in. I make it a little thinner when serving it with roasted vegetables.

Potato Gratin Dauphinois
Who doesn’t love warm melted yellow cheese?
Whether sliced or whole, I like them that way – as long as they have a soft warm core and a very crispy crust.
There is one potato gratin, however, that can be prepared in advance and is even recommended to be cooled before serving.

Slow-cooked beef ribs in wine and kachamak with yellow cheese
Slow cooking is great for cold days. It creates a more cozy feel with the mood for comfort food. One that you can’t help but share and, pouring yourself a glass of red wine, say cheers to everyone, but not out of inertia, but because you love them.

Crackers with cheese and herbs
When I get together with friends for a glass of wine, I often plan to prepare something crunchy to snack on before the main meal or rather while everyone is gathered.
