The wine has a medium intense, golden colour. Expressive nose of fresh yellow fruit – pear, quince, peach and mango, as well as toast, brioche and honey that are still developing. Juicy, complex and balanced on the palate. Perfectly retained acidity with medium body and medium finish. Pleasant notes of stone fruit with subtle mineral notes linger in this excellent wine.

Winemaker notes
Amber Harvest – the name is intended to be used only for an exceptionally good vintage. Only 10% of the Chardonnay ferments in new oak barrels, 20% in older oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel. The wine then goes to the “fine lees” for 12 months, resulting in an elegant, complex and beautifully balanced wine.
