Another amazing vintage of this Rosé de Pinot wine. Rich, complex, balanced. As always, this wine is made using very traditional, time tested winemaking techniques… Grown on a hillside facing east-west, the fruit at Tsarev Brod achieves intensity of flavor with restrained ripeness. There’s a floral scent of jasmine that brings out the wine’s underlying minerality.
Tsarev Brod Rosé De Pinot
A very delicate Rosé De Pinot, pale pink and almost transparent color. The nose is slightly smoky with notes of raspberries and white stone cherries. Cool, smooth body with an airy finish.

Winemaker notes
Founded in 2001 by Ivan Ivanov, Tsarev brod quickly established itself as the premier winery in North Black see coast region. Everything is hand-harvested, and they’re using organic farming practices.
The grapes used for the wine are harvested in mid-September from our own vineyards near the town of Shumen. The wine ferments for 30 days in small, stainless steel vessels. After that, it matures for 5 months on the fine lees and is bottled in late March.
Rosé De Pinot has a very delicate pink color with delicate metallic reflections. The aroma is subtle and unobtrusive. The body is fresh and the acidity pleasant. Stone fruits and small forest treasures unfold pleasantly on the tongue. The finish is long and slightly spicy finish, inviting to the next sip.
